A former Minister of State for the FCT, Senator John James Akpan-Udoedeghe has accused the Senator representing Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District in Akwa Ibom State, Chief Godswill Akpabio of grooming cultists and kidnappers in the State that led to the political killing and kidnapping of thousands of people in the state.
Mr. Akpan-Udoedeghe made the statement in a video released recently which has already gone viral in which he stated categorically clear that Akpabio deliberately organized massive abduction of political opponents, their family and sent howling dogs to go about murdering those who aired dissenting views and antagonized his administration.
“The administration of Godswill Akpabio brought trouble, there were kidnapping, murder, politically motivated assassination, the youths were now misdirected, the money we had was enough to create entrepreneurship”
“What Akpabiocreated was first class thugs and cultists for the purpose of killing kidnapping people” Akpan-Udoedeghe said emphatically.
The former minister also accused Senator Akpabio of deliberately refusing to create industries soas not to allow money to get into people’s hands who were not in his close orbit. He said Akpabio was mostly concerned about creating white elephant projects and tripled the amount to siphon money.
He said Akpabio made money to be available in the hands of a very few people mostly non-indigenes, as they were giving testimonies in Abuja and Lagos with our money

“During the time of Godswill Akpabio he did not create jobs
All our money was shared outside Akwa Ibom
People were giving testimonies in Lagos and Abuja while we languished in suffering and poverty
Akpabio misdirected funds; he was becoming childish and mad
